1. Build knowledge and skills to manage resistance to change, and ensure your students, colleagues and parents are on board emotionally as well as practically.

2. Create a journey of equity and inclusion. Our focus includes students identifying as neurodivergent, experiencing anxiety and trauma, and those who consider themselves to be outliers of their school community.

3. Understand how to measure impact and move forward with confidence, competency and clarity.
